CityLine is a new 24 unit building located in West Newton on the boarder with Waltham. The building includes underground parking, elevator and a small community room on the first floor. The building is designed to buffer and connect between the single family homes that line this area of Lexington Street with the immediately adjacent Public Storage facility and the remaining commercial edge of town. The building takes advantage of the drastic elevation change to maintain a compact building footprint and thus preserve all of the mature growth of the wooded buffer to the rear of the property as an outdoor public space for the residents.
