The building form has its origins in the New England connected farmhouse vernacular and provides a home with a clearly separated home office suite. The house was designed to the highest Energy Star standards with a super insulated thermal envelope, high performance windows and a high efficiency mechanical system. Great attention to interior and exterior contemporary detailing and finishes bring this home into the 21st century.
